What is the cost of a custom made tricycle?

There is a base price for each tricycle to which is added the necessary options for each user. The price depends on the needs of the user.  Many methods of payment are offered such as Visa, MasterCard, check, cash or postal money order.

What method must we use to determine the size of the tricycle to use? 

We must measure the large trochanter to the ground including the shoe as indicated in our measurement form.

What colors are available? 

There are three colors available, blue, red and green.

How many models are there? 

To answer to the different needs, we have a whole range of ordinary or chain tricycles, plus bike stabilizers. Seeing our products are constantly changing, the quantity of products continually varies.  We actually have around fifteen products available. 

What is the procedure for a tryout?

You only have to contact our customer service department and we will be pleased to help you with the procedures. You can also make an appointment and mention how many tryouts you would like and the needs that you have.  

What is the guarantee on the products? 

All Tri-vel products have a one year guarantee on parts and labor.  But, our frames are guaranteed for life. For electrical accessories or standard bikes, we respect the manufacturers guarantee.  

What are the steps to take when a tender is accepted by an organism? 

First of all, send us a copy of the authorization letter by fax to advise us. Than, if needed, we will send an invoice to the parents for their contribution or we will communicate with them to ask them to send us the bike.  Upon reception of the payment or the bike, the order will be put into production. When it is ready, a call will be made to the therapist for delivery.
